Wellcare Garden Fukasawa won the GOLD and SPECIAL JURY award for the MIPIM ASIA Awards 2018.

Wellcare Garden Fukasawa won the GOLD award for the BEST RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT category of the MIPIM ASIA Awards 2018. Additionally the project was selected for the SPECIAL JURY award (The jury's personal favourite).

The final results were announced at the Gala Dinner held at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong on 28 November 2018.
