   The Sankei Building Co., Ltd. (the "Company") may ask you to provide personal information for the purpose of providing you with services, providing you with useful information or for other legitimate reasons. The Company uses the personal information it obtains for these reasons only. The Company will not provide and disclose your personal information to any third party without your approval.
   However, collection of personal information for the purposes described above may not apply in the following circumstances:
   ・Personal information is provided in a meeting with the Company's sales representatives, through the exchange of business cards, etc.
   ・Business cards are provided at events, fairs, and seminars.
2. Proper Management of Personal Information
   The Company properly manages your personal information by taking security measures to avoid loss, damage, falsification, leakage and unauthorized access.
3. Compliance with the Laws Concerning Personal Information
   The Company complies with Japanese laws and other regulations concerning the protection of your personal information, and its procedures reflect this compliance.
4. Entrustment of Personal Information
   The Company may entrust other companies with the handling of personal information in order to provide you wish services. In doing so, the Company enters into an agreement and confirms the status of implementation to ensure proper handling of personal information.
5. Disclosure, Correction, Deletion of Personal Information
   If you wish to check, correct, or delete your personal information, please contact our Customer Center.
6. Maintenance and Improvement of Protection of Personal Information
   The Company provides all relevant employees with training to properly handle personal information, and checks to see if personal information is being properly handled. The Company also reviews initiatives for protecting personal information and makes improvements.
